I love the night market...thank you for dropping by. I love the night market and a visit to one is often considered therapeutic to me. The smells, the mixture of noises and the colours are just so comforting.

Sometimes even looking at some of the traditional cakes make me feel that life has not spun out of control. And we are still part of the old universe!I Am Sarawakianahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03200800879915444217noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4546144304817504265.post-44296952907240150082008-01-08T11:11:00.000+08:002008-01-08T11:11:00.000+08:00I have good memories of the Sibu night market. Just being there window shopping or more like stall shopping was unimaginable.

I have been to many night markets but Sibu has that home feeling to it.

Before the night markets came around, the only times stalls came on to the streets were during festivals.

I love the old Sibu market on High and Market streets. What nostalgia!FrancisNhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16813282472081550471noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4546144304817504265.post-78358644627395215512008-01-07T21:58:00.000+08:002008-01-07T21:58:00.000+08:00Night market in Sibu today is quite different form...Night market in Sibu today is quite different form that of yesteryears. It used to be more colourful. I remmembered they even sell balloons filled with hydrogen gas. Soem of the stall now are still the same and operated by the same people.Gaharumanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02158719417815828020noreply@blogger.com
