Most men would choose to wear a red necktie when attending important functions. Red would indicate power and strength. It also exudes confidence. Many however go back to the mystical power of the red colour - good luck. Hence one more often than not catch leaders wearing red neckties.
Mayor of Sibu : YB Datuk Tiong Thai King wearing a red necktie for an opening ceremony of the Great Eastern Insurance Sibu Branch.
The red Harvard necktie.
tony Blair - exquisite taste.
Hu Jintao - impeccable in dressing.
What's your choice of colour for your necktie?

good writing! very interesting to find out about neckties.
Do you know that the prototype necktie was worn by Chin Shi Huang Ti? Some of the figurines found in Chinese tombs of his reign wore neckties.
It is nice to know more about fashion today.
Thanks for visiting and commenting.

Dear JALK
thanks for the suggestion. E@Mart is Foochow owned and when YB DA Wong SK visited the place many other clansmen also came to admire the outlet.
I have been there a few times. I like the organic vegetables very much. Also many of the pumpkins and gourds are very sweet and fresh.
Thanks for the introduction. But it is still too far for me. May be I can bring some of my friends for a picnic there and do a bit a shopping during the holidays.
